There is no cost to become a distributor/dealer representative of our product except for an initial purchase minimum.
Confidentiality
All information obtained by Energy Alternatives about an individual or company is kept strictly confidential and is not released to any other entity without the original sender's permission, or as directed by law.
Exclusive Rights
Energy Alternatives has no "exclusive rights' agreement with any other individual or company. Exclusivity does not fall within the scope of Energy Alternative’s marketing strategy.
Territories
There are no assumed or assigned marketing or sales territories related to a distributor/dealer representatives. Representatives are free to distribute Energy Alternatives products in any geographical area they choose including international sales.
Competitor's Products
Energy Alternatives imposes no restrictions on which products, whether our own or a competitors, that a distributor/dealer representative chooses to inventory, market, advertise, or sell. We recognize that the diversity of your inventory is vital to your success and ultimately empowers your customers with choice. It is this empowerment that facilitates the growth of your business as well as ours.
Sales And Information Literature
Each distributor/dealer representative is provided with sales and information literature. There is no cost to receive this literature. The literature is periodically updated with revisions and/or new material. The literature contains all relevant information needed to effectively advertise, market, and sell the entire line of Energy Alternatives products. Included in the literature packet are product information guides, product photographs, and the Energy Alternatives logo. Energy Alternatives gives permission for the distributor/dealer representative to utilize any or all of this information in their efforts to market, merchandise, advertise, promote or sell Energy Alternatives products. By utilizing this literature a distributor/dealer representative agrees to accurately and legally portray Energy Alternatives products and not to materially change Energy Alternative’s representations as to the formulation, use, or utility of it's products.
Distributor/Dealer Representative Requirements
A distributor/dealer representative is an individual or company, whose main marketing and sales effort results in wholesale sales, although they sometimes engage in retail sales as well. Distributors/dealers typically maintain warehousing facilities, web sites, industry retail stores, or operate from their homes as a home business. They may, or may not, advertise their business. distributor/dealer representatives are usually full time income producers and maintain larger inventories of Energy Alternatives products in order to promptly service and maintain their wholesale customer's inventory requirements. distributor/dealer representatives market and sell the entire Energy Alternatives product line and are provided a price list which contains suggested wholesale and retail pricing.
To qualify as a distributor/dealer representative, Energy Alternatives requires the following:
- The distributor/dealer representative agrees to represent Energy Alternatives in an honest, legal, and ethical manner.
- The distributor/dealer representative will provide Energy Alternatives with a copy of their State Resale License and Federal Tax Identification number.
- The distributor/dealer representative will provide Energy Alternatives with the name of a responsible individual or officer, business address, telephone number, e-mail address and web address if applicable.
